When We Can’t Process Exchanges
To ensure fairness and quality, exchanges or returns are not accepted in these cases:

Color/Design Variations: Minor color differences (10-15%) may occur due to screen settings or lighting. These do not qualify for exchanges.

Material/Color Preferences: Disliking the fabric or color after delivery isn’t grounds for exchange. All details are clearly listed in product descriptions—please review carefully before purchasing.

Availability & Fees: Exchanges depend on stock availability. A ₹300 fee per item applies for pickup and reshipment.

Though rare, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

Notify Us: Email gulabitrend.online@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Include photos and an unboxing video for verification.

Quick Resolution: Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement in 3-5 business days. If unavailable, you’ll receive store credit valid for 60 days.
International Orders
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside India.
